"My Boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend to visit family. We were absolutely disgusted by the cleanliness here, or lack there of. The bedding was stained, the floors had obviously not been vacuumed, the towels had hair on them before we used them. There was mud on the bathroom floor and food from the previous guest. The real icing on the cake though, is when we asked for full house cleaning to address these problems, they didn't come ever. If you like to sleep in someone else's dirty room this is the place for you. Apparently the front desk people are the only employees that actually do any work."

"Love the my place hotels, so glad they're building more, the rooms are spotless, nice and roomy and always a friendly smile when checking in, rates are always lower and well worth the price we'll always choose a my place before any big chain, keep doing what your doing!"

"When I came in I had a warm greeting, very pleasant by a man in a cowboy hat. Very sweet and welcoming. Later on in the night around 11:30 pm. I found that they serve breakfast in the room for a charge. I went a head and ordered, super excited to get my breakfast in bed... WOW. This is super neatooo... I feel so bad. I called front desk. The lady was having emergencies. She hung up on me and told me she had to go now. OKAY? She called back and apologized, she explained I missed the cut off time to order. I would need to come and get it. Then she changed her mind and decided to deliver the food. I was really trying to be nice. She was very short tempered, however she let me know they would deliver at 6 am for me then hung up on me again, explaining she had someone at the front desk. I drove from Washington and have been up a long time very tied and trying to be nice. It was sweet that she will "bend the rules for me" . I believe the wording needs to be different in the menu, because if there is a cut off at 8pm and you are suppose to come and get the food yourself. That needs to be clear. So people like me are not treated this way. And there is no problems. I am in a handicapped room for a reason. I felt like I did something wrong and I am a problem. I should not feel that way at all. Please change the wording in this menu. And please have patience for tired travelers. I picked to stay here because it looks nice and comfortable place to stay. I would like to be treated as if it is a comfortable place to stay, not like I am a nuance for company to stay. I am a paying guest. Otherwise great place to stay. Definitely will try again, signed up for being a valued member, so when I come I can benifit from being a guest at My Place Hotel. Hope this ladies night get better. I also hope she was only having a moment. Also would love to have some nice words from her, to let me know I am valued and welcomed."

"Great room for a great price. Location was easy and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Large fridge, with ice maker. Austin was awesome with customer service at the front desk. Will definitely stay again"
