Walmart Pharmacy

"While they filled my prescription quickly I was met with a less than pleasant attitude. Please be kind to people trying to use their good rx coupons, I really needed that discount and you made me feel stupid for even suggesting to try to use it. I won't be coming back here."

"I called with some questions about my medication and the side effects and Jace was so very extreamly helpful. I was really blown away by his customer service. And there's another girl there.. I forget her name but shes always working every time I go in and shes absolutly wonderful as well! I saw an older gentlemen basically scream at her during the covid pandemic where everybody is over stressed and she handled it so professionally! He left in a better mood than he came in because of her great attitude!! I sure hope the pharmacy techs read this review so they know how appreciated they are! They do great work here! Theyre friendly as all get out and my medications are filled quickly.. The same day even when i neglected to call them in in a timely manner. Thank you for all your help! You guys are awesome."

"After saying the prescription would only take 5 or ten minutes to fill I then proceeded to wait in line for about 30 minutes only to be turned away because my prescription wasn’t filled yet. I then had to try and sit down in agonizing pain for another hour before it was finally filled. One of the worst experiences ever and when I asked about help on the prescription there were rude and unhelpful never again will I go to this Walmart to fill a prescription, after having to watch countless people in pain and dieing while waiting for there medicine."

"If you're expecting service with a smile forget it. Although it's most likely due to the endless line of people waiting for that ONE clerk to help them. When I finally got to the checkout she couldn't read the numbers on the card so I got move to the help desk where that person entered the numbers in and then she sent me back to the back of the line. NOT HAPPY"

"I have recently had to switch pharmacies to this Wal-Mart due to moving to this area. I have never met a more rude group of people, and this is coming from a young adult. You stand in line forever, and then you have a question about something & it is almost as if you are inconveniencing the pharmacist by simply having a question. I’ll call in my prescriptions, they say they will be ready by this time & date and I get there and they haven’t even started. This pharmacy is an absolute joke."
