"I didn't realize they were still closed to the general public, but I went to their sales office to inquire about what fruit trees would be available. A lady told me a lot of their tree stock was mostly sold out and I would have to wait until they sort out their preorder inventory to see what's available. I just wanted to know what type of fruit trees were available for planning purposes, but the lady dismissively repeated herself and had to drop "does that make sense" - you have to wait and find out . Very rude- what a buzz kill. I suspect we talked over each other and would love to support locally, but I can't support this."

"In early 2022, I hired New Leaf for a landscaping job in my backyard. I had purchased several plants there over the years. I mistakenly thought a nursery company with a good reputation would surely know how to landscape too. I was told the project would begin in September. There were repeated delays and terrible communication. Finally, towards the end of October, I was told to pick up the first batch of plants, which I did. The job still didn't get started, despite frequently voicing concerns the plants were going to freeze to death on the deck. 4 days before Thanksgiving, they showed up, put the plants in a pile of mulch, mistakenly dug up & removed all my sod and topsoil, and then left without a word on when they would return. I was left with broken solar lights on my fence, exposed roots on my apple trees, and mud all over over the gravel parking area. As soon as the snow melted, I had a horrifically muddy and slick backyard. I had to purchase and install temporary fencing (in winter with half frozen ground) and straw to create a relatively clean (but highly unattractive) space to take the puppy outside. The problems didn't stop when they returned in the spring. They only put topsoil where the sod was laid, not where all the new plants were placed. With the clay soil, lack of topsoil and inadequate leveling of the yard, I now have serious drainage issues. The plants keep dying and the irrigation system is a joke. I have to manually water several areas in an effort to bring parched areas water and avoid drowning the other areas on the same irrigation zone. I will be hiring a different contactor to fix the issues. Save yourself a lot of grief, time, and money by choosing a different landscaping company."

"New Leaf did our landscaping install, front and back yards. We're totally unhappy with the job they did. Some of the waterline to the sprinkler was above ground in the backyard, they said they put down topsoil but we keep pulling large stones and rocks out of the grass, the hydroseeding seemed to be all weeds and has taken a lot of overseeding and soil to overcome, a bunch of the plants they installed died, it seems some of the plants don't have drip to them and have to be handwatered, and the sprinkler line in the front yard keeps bursting apart at a junction. The install was May of 2022 and we've had constant problems. As soon as I raised issues, they stopped responding to me. I wouldn't recommend them for landscaping purposes. We've had to hire other companies to remedy issue after issue."

"My go to nursery for quality plants and knowledge staff. Much better quality than the big box stores. Glad to be able to support and shop a family business that offers value and service."

"I wanna say it's a great little nursery, but the place is huge. The staff help make it feel hometown small. Great variety of plants, trees, adornments and care items. Impressive displays in the shop and greenhouses, giving plenty of ideas for our garden."
