"The amount of actual check out lines open vs having to use self check out is ridiculous. Older lady in front of us requested help out with her items (2 carts worth) and the cashier sent 3 requests off to get her help and no one came. Piss poor customer service."

"Ordering groceries over the Internet is a Cluster•u•k. You’re lucky if you get half of what you order and they substitute it with the stuff they couldn’t sell to the in-store shoppers. Especially produce. Then they send an email saying they’re going to deliver some of the missing products, but that never happens. It’s a real mess."

"When proposed with a decision to make from a central standing position, the front end manager denied the opportunity to exchange some things that very well could have been purchased within the last 90 days with cash. Instead of seeing an opportunity to help out a hard working mother, who cleans out (typically somewhat disgusting) storage units, the manager in the yellow best decided we were not worth the effort to lean to a more graceful decision to exchange things we could not use personally and have a credit we could get some very necessary things we have put off. I don't forget these thingswhen I was spending hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars per month here before. Really big mistake in good customer service decision making. Also, the Roach at the door is not very friendly, very much the opposite. Not inviting at all. I would like to avoid people in customer service who aren't inviting."

"I always f it and it makes me feel more energetic, because there is so much energy in the store. But it's well stocked and clean. To he staff are great. And I use one of the electric shooters and they are almost always wiped down and fully charged, plus they will follow you and bring the cart back and return to charging."

"Price wrong advertised. Three shelves product thrown in. No not from customers. Did not change price on it at register. I asked for manager. After leaving register, they all went to the shelves and just took off the prices. Got pictures of everything."
