"Dark haired tech is terrible. She’s always rude for zero reason. Watched her chew out a guy for sitting in the drive through before they open because it makes a noise even 2 seconds. Then when she elected to assist me she was once again rude and straight lied. My guess is she was just being lazy. Lied about having no time to do a flu vaccine when they have time on their website. Also said they won’t do walk ins anymore although my kid and husband had a walk in a week before. Ok Karen."

"Awful experience with rude staff. Waited in line to check in and watched the man at the desk be very rude, condescending and insensitive to an elderly lady who was trying to get her prescription. Very slow with the staff wandering around behind the counter. Turning multiple people away at the drive thru stating they have to come back in 3 hours. I got my turn finally to check in for flu shot and the man told me he didn’t have any more time and i I could come back later in the day to see if they could fit me in. In all fairness i had been about 6 min late; however it did not matter as i had to wait in line so long to even get checked in. The man in front of me had an appt 15 min after me and got checked in. It made no sense. There was no effort to even provide decent conversation, let alone any semblance of customer service. Best yet, I asked to speak to the supervisor and the dark haired woman i spoke to didn’t even let me finish my statement, cut me off, and was also quite rude and dismissive! So obviously it’s a leadership down sort of issue! I will make sure everyone i know knows how rude and nasty these people are! There are soo many other great options in town!"

"I can't even begin to describe the lack of professionalism and lack of competency that this pharmacy has demonstrated today. How can one business be so unorganized. I truly hope senior leadership reads these reviews. I don't normally use Walgreens due to years of poor experience, however my doctor accidentally called it into them. I have now had to wait two and a half hours for prescriptions driven back and forth between the doctor's office and here brought them the RX and now..... They can't find them. I'm in pain.... That's why I'm here. The whole teams lack of competency and empathy. Senior leadership needs to clean house separate employment with all and hire new staff. I wish I could leave a -5 star review. They are horrible."

"Whoever Julie is that works in the Hayden walgreens pharmacy needs a class in customer service. Super rude and unaccomidating. Definitely don't recommend. Edit to.update: Ashley is also rude and nasty as THEY billed the wrong insurance and illegally charged for medications. She told me it was my fault and too bad. Absolutely disgusting excuses for humans who are supposed to he healthCARE workers. Gross."

"This pharmacy is absolutely terrible, even my doctor recommended not using it due to their lack of care and attention to their clients. Unfortunately with a nationwide shortage of my medication I had no choice. I went back 4x for my script, waited in line and was treated like trash. Long story short they misread the notes on the script, finally I came back and it was ready however because they were doing inventory I was still sent away without my prescription. My doctor stated that when they called they continued to be placed on hold with no resolution, they finally resubmitted everything. What a joke!"
