"Staff are nice.. but be very careful and watch how much product they use.. i got charged for a full syringe of filler… went back for more as i noticed my lips weren’t very full… charged me for a full syringe again.,,,and they didn’t even use a 1/4 of the syringe.. they will rip u off.. Went somewhere else 2 months later… they used 1/4 of a syringe .. and charged me 1/4 of the price..and my lips are now fantastic…. if you are new to filler and Botox.. watch how much product they use.. they are shady.."

"This isn’t my first rodeo with having Botox. However, I decided to try someone new. For a few years now, I have heard great things about Mary. On my first appointment she did a very extensive consultation. I specifically told her what areas to treat. I specifically told her I don’t want to be able to move my forehead. I know it takes about 7 days to get the full effect. After two weeks I’m able to still move my forehead! When I went back in for my 2 week check up, I told her that I can still move it. She put more Botox in and charged me $90. I should have not had to pay for her to fix her mistake. My first visit I spent $417, then another $90. Not to mention the tips I had left her. So after going a second time I can still move my forehead. I called and spoke with the receptionist and told her that I was a very unhappy customer! She put me on hold and spoke with Mary. They wanted me to come back a third time. When I told them I would only come back if they would honor their work and not charge me again. The receptionist could not tell me if Mary would charge me again. This just shows Mary is all about making money. If she wanted to retain me as a client she should have called me instead of going through the receptionist. I still have no idea how many units she did because she never told me either time I went in. I have never ever been able to move my forehead after having Botox until now. It makes me sick after all the money I spent. I know Mary has been in the business and doing injections for about 15 years, so tell me how she couldn’t get me the results after 2 times?! I will never go back and never recommend anyone to her."
