"Our alternator went out a week ago, Thursday, December 14, 2023, while my boyfriend was there to check the battery, starter, and alternator. They were really helpful and kind enough to offer what help they could. The manager that night not only stayed after hours to make sure we got the tools returned, but also to make sure of our safety until we had help arrive to tow our car to a friend's house because of the time of night it was and the area. Sorry this review took a week, but we are very satisfied with this store location. It was truly a blessing that the alternator went out while at a parts store and we are thankful that it was this one that night! Thank you for your help and concern that night! We drive a 2007 Ford Taurus."
