My car broke down in the donut shop on the other end of the parking lot, one of the employees carried a battery charger across the parking lot multiple times trying to help fix my car. "I am not very intelligent when it comes autoparts. Danielle went above and beyond to help me! Despise the negative and rude comments and ladies she works with! Who was constantly laughing and making fun of her for doing her job! She still professionally stayed focus and helped me find the right part! I have no complaints! Danielle is such a great help EVERYTIME I come to the store! Give her a raise! The others should learn from her! Also they need to understand as a customer we do not come in there to hear or see personal affairs being taking out on another! As such as Bullying someone else when her being the ONLY manager i actually seen helping. I watched them stand there in a group chit chatting while she is taking care of 3 people infront of me all by herself! She was the only one seen Actually moving around and working. Even sitting there ignoring her asking them to help. They continue watch her work and do nothing but gossip! It's very tacky and unprofessional to see such acts! Danielle stays busy and is always willing to help and her attitude is very uplifting and willing to help!"
"It's refreshing in a highly cynical world to be greeted with sincerely kind and respectful service. Within seconds of walking into AutoZone a friendly associate named Taiwan greeted both me and my 8 year old son - more important than how you treat me is how you treat my child. I felt all the respect I could ask for as he shook both our hands and greeted us with eye contact. Reminded me of a car salesman at a luxury dealership - classy and professional throughout the whole transaction - this gold standard continued as he called an associate Erin to help us out - she was kind and also smiled at my son. Left here feeling good about everything - keep up the great work guys! Definitely sets you apart!"
