"Want to give a huge shoutout to Nayzeth. She was very helpful and nice and even though she was new she didn’t hesitate to help me out with issues with my battery. I was anxious about having issues with it and she was there to help. Also shoutout to Amery who was a huge help and walked her through some parts and didn’t hesitate to get his hands dirty to make sure my battery was set up correctly. Awesome service!"

"Had the lady helping me check my battery tell me she couldn’t help me due to there being fuses in the battery and that it made it too complicated and that I needed to take to a shop. Went to the shop next door for them to tell me that what she said made no sense and that it wasn’t the case. I believe she didn’t want to change the battery in the cold. Which if she had not lied I would’ve been happy to buy the battery and change it myself as I had intended to do from the start. Instead I bought a battery from elsewhere."

"So, my headlight is out, so I head to Auto Zone to purchase a new onen, and I get asked if I needed some help. I told him the year, make, model of my vehicle, and then tell me I needed size H11. So, I'm trying to find this light when my boyfriend comes in with the light he just took off my car. It's not an H11. This worker proceeded to tell me that it's going to cost me $104, and they have no other option for a lesser value. The guy makes it seem like that's what I'm going to spend no matter where I go, so I immediately got onto Amazon. I ended up finding one that had the same features as the $100 one. The lesson learned here, is to never allow someone to tell you that you only have 1 option. 9 times out of 10, there is a better deal out there. You've just got to take the time to look for it."

"I just wanted to show my appreciation for Joey’s’ patience with me and my grandfather today! You helped us with our fuse that was located in the backseat. We had no idea how to get to it, but you were more than willing to help us figure it out! It was cold out and you kept your patience and great work ethic until we were taken care of! "The service has declined to the rock bottom since the they had lost all of their former crew including the store manager. I walked in one evening to have my check engine light read and the guy at the counter said they didn't have it despite handing it out to someone he knew personally. You don't get greeted when you walk in, store is dirty and merchandise is all over the place. Customer service is non existent. Old Review (2018) : Good customer service. I see smiling and enthusiastic faces every time I walk in there. They have lifetime warranty on most parts and is worth paying an extra dollar for that any day. Just some quick tips: They do change batteries, wiper blades, air filters, diagnose check engine lights, alternators and starters. Please don't abuse the services they offer by asking them to replace a battery that you just purchased at Walmart. Also, AutoZone will not test/replace batteries during rain due to safety issues. You do not want to mix electricity and water (common sense). They will not clear codes, it's against their company policy."
