His condescending attitude and questioning of my ability to choose the right bulbs for my car left me frustrated. He seemed more interested in criticizing my decision-making than providing helpful assistance. Dean insisted I needed bulb grease, even after I declined, and his persistence was off-putting. To make matters worse, he openly doubted my knowledge about my own vehicle in front of his coworker. This experience made me feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer."
