"The nurse practitioner was pretty stiff. Did a full work up when all I needed was a simple prescription. Then she sent me out the door without signing the prescription so I had to go to the Pharmacy and back twice to get her to actually sign the prescription. If you call, no one will answer, it’s all phone trees and “leave a message”."
"Conservative medical care finally!! Nurse practitioner. Not conventional control power trips but serious care of condition. So hard to find medical help thy doesn’t shame you for not getting a vaccination. Breath of fresh air!! No political motives just care for the patient."
"Beyond unprofessional. During my telehealth call about my covid symptoms the female doctor just started being homophobic. She said “can I ask you something” (I thought she was going to ask about my symptoms) and then told me marriage is between a man and woman…… not really a question… and doesn’t pertain to why I called at all. She said she was a mother and that I was pretty, it was just incredibly uncomfortable and was really unnecessary. I just needed the okay to go back to work….. not to be told my life was a sin. Please just do your job- didn’t think that would have to be said…"
"Rubalin pichot is very rude and unprofessional and shouldn't be in the medical field at all. She fat shames clients when the purpose of visit is not weight related, pushing veganism. When the patient described having previous eating disorder rubalin responded with " did it work?" Causing the patient to cry. I hope no one has the displeasure of working with this monster."
"Decent service when you can get them on the phone. Dont expect call backs lately though. Since they've gone digital it's hard to get in touch with them, and when they say they'll call you back, dont count on it. I've a couple problems of exactly this type of situation. Also, if you carry EDC, your weapon will not be welcomed here. There is no signage, just been asked by the doctors. Would be nice if they had a sign at least. In search of new doctor's office at this point. I really wish I didn't need to, been using them for a couple of years and since computers took over, I don't get the same level of service."
