"I've struggled to find a barber that works with my second-shift schedule, and that's led me to many disappointments. Cano not only accommodated me, he went above and beyond all of my expectations in every way. He's very professional and the setting is superb- everything is immaculate, including Cano's appearance. It's immediately obvious that he cares and is passionate about his craft, and he's very skilled at what he does. He's truly an artist. I loved that I was in a REAL barbershop and not a "big box" type place reminiscent of a tire store with a DJ. While the artist worked his magic on my hair that hadn't been cut in over 8 years I relaxed in the chair as classical music played, thoroughly enjoying the calming atmosphere. There was no forced conversation, no rush, and he had an amazingly gentle touch. I seriously can't say enough good things about Riverside Barbershop and Cano. But I can say that I'm thoroughly impressed, completely satisfied, and I'll be back in 3 weeks."

"I was beyond impressed with the quality and experience I received from Cano. The man is great at what he does, is super friendly, and is good about reading people. I’m more introverted and always enjoy the experience more than forced small talk. May not be everyone’s taste, but he waited til the end to reveal his work, which was kinda fun for me! I enjoyed the surprise factor. I’d been using a stylist who did good, but I wasn’t particularly seeing the result I had wanted. Cano nailed it!"

"I rarely write reviews, but from the first time I visited Riverside Barbershop, I knew I had to write one. Cano is the definition of an artist and couldn't be more professional. His level of attention into taking care of your hair and beard is above anything else I've ever gotten in town. The experience is a pleasure from the time you sit down to the time you're done, and everything he does makes it a straight up spa treatment. If you think it's pricey or see complaints about the price, ignore it, because you get more than what you pay for (get the works!). Could not recommend Cano enough."

"Went in for a beard trim and haircut. It was my first time visiting this barbershop, after trying three others. Cano apologized for the few minutes delay in getting me started, but it was totally fine as it is a relaxing place to sit and wait. He worked fast and results were awesome. I was very surprised at how great of a job he did as other barbers had disappointed. As long as I have a beard, I will only be returning here for a trim. Best barbershop experience in over 35 years!"
