"This place is so much better than Great Clips. They offer shampoo afterward. Plus they pamper you a bit. Great Clips sends you out the door with loose hair that gets all over your clothes."

"Always grateful that Lady Jane's stays open until 8pm. I work late so when I need a haircut I count on Lady Jane's because of the 8pm close. Tonight October 4th 2023 I got to Lady Jane's at 7:25 to get a haircut. But to my dissatisfaction I was turned away. The lady said they were not taking any more haircuts. There were 2 employees working, cutting hair and I was the only other customer. I'm extremely upset and not sure I'll ever return to Lady Jane's for a haircut."

"I figured I give this place a try because I heard some good things about about it. Check in was easy and staff seems very friendly. When it was my turn, my stylist (I don’t even know their name cause they never introduced themselves) asked me I was wanting and I explained that I wanted a fade and styled a certain on top. To be honest, my stylist did not really style the hair I wanted it to be and said that this “looked better” if it was styled in the way they had it. I thought the fade was okay in the store, but when I got a closer look in my car, I noticed that is was very uneven, lopsided, and just the worst fade I had ever gotten. My whole experience just felt rushed and not curated to my needs and was not worth $30. I would say give this place a try, BUT be very thorough with what you want. I probably will not be coming back here next time."

"Love Merideth at Lady Jane's. She's cool and kind to my teenage son and cuts his hair the way he wants. He doesn't want anyone else touching his hair if he can help it and he can't wait to tell her of any new life events over the past month."
