"I came in to get my hair cut and styled on my wedding day. I had an appointment with Braeden at noon. Braeden never showed up to cut my hair and I was getting married in 4 hours. This is no fault to Hai as Braden isn't employed by Hai and only uses his facility. Hai told me that he was very sorry and cut my hair instead at no charge. Hai was kind and I thank him for turning what could have been a very unfortunate expierence into an awesome one! Everything happens for a reason! #HiHai #ByeBraeden"
"Hai's talent far exceeds this town and anything I ever expected! He is the best color specialist I have ever seen. The customer service he provides is amazing. From the time I met him he was so attentive and welcoming, I honestly considered him a friend after my very first appointment. I consider myself a difficult client because I drastically change my color more often than I should. He has been generous enough to sacrifice his time to do a four or five hour color for me on more than one occasion! I appreciate this so much because I know during these incredibly long, exhausting appointments, he does not make as much as a few smaller ones. His generosity and attention to detail is outstanding. I am so glad I found him and will never go anywhere else!"
"Hands down best hair cut experience! I fell in love with my hair again after Hai was able to fix the disaster my old hair dresser turned my head into. He is definitely a perfectionist and ensure the tiniest little hair is taken care of. The salon itself is so modern looking and pleasant to be in too! Worth the 1300 trip once a year :)"
