She was bleaching another woman's hair when I arrived, my manicure took place while this woman processed. Tools and files we're clean, manicure procedures good. Polishing nails however were very messy, colors to chose from were limited. Total time for manicure was lengthy compared to other places I've been. The entire time I was very concerned about the lady's bleaching hair behind me. I could tell this wasn't the owners nitch, due to the total time involved and her messy polishing."
