"I had an issue with my right cv axle and rod's was an authorized repair shop for my extended warranty. The service was as great as I remember from years ago when I had to take my other vehicles there. Chris kept me in the loop on the status of the warranty claim/approval, as well as updates on when the part would arrive. The install was quick and performed correctly. I have never had to take a vehicle back for anything related to repairs I have had them perform in the past. I appreciate all their help and assistance as well as the friendly nature. Update: I just went back to Rod's and had my front struts replaced. They performed the work in a timely manner. The car handling feels better than when I bought it. I was expecting the price to be a little more than was charged out the door as i was unaware that the alignment was included in this replacement service.
