The Car Park, LLC

"There is a lot that is posted with a daily rate of $5/day on the corner of 10th and Jefferson St. in Boise, ID. There is no pay station at this lot, and the Car Park does not have the lot listed on their website to pay them directly...which means if you want to use the lot you MUST use Park Mobile, and the fee for the lot changes to $5.95. When I reached out to the Car Park to ask questions about this, I was transferred to a person who was not there and then left on hold."

"If I could leave a zero star review I would. The way this company handles issues is ridiculous and unmannerly. I should not be faulted because a patrol worker for this company told me it was okay to park in a certain area. If she told me that, why am I having to pay fines when there was no where else to park. Construction in Boise is ridiculous and there is no ounce of sympathy for people who live here. If my parking is not bothering anyone and a worker explicitly told me I could park there and that she would handle the rest, why am I being fined? Absolutely ridiculous. Also whoever answered the phone, Jack, James, Jason. Not sure. No customer service skills whatsoever and lied about talking to his upper management to see what he could do to help. No compassion. Absolutely awful."

"raised rates on me and was rude when i called them. they won’t tell you but you need email them to cancel account because telling someone over the phone just into good enough for them. they ripped me off so i literally can’t recommend them less also i love how they are really coming for people who rate them 1 star, like they are so concerned with proving they did nothing wrong when they do. they belittle people and act surprised that most of there ratings are 1 please don’t give them any of your money"

"I have at least two tickets with bank proof that I paid for parking on those days, as well as the days before and after. Regardless, Lianne declined my first dispute and then contradicted herself in a second email about the second dispute by saying she had proof that I had paid when I was ticketed. I have screenshots of both bank records and Lianne's contradictory emails but my disputes were still declined. Poor customer service and Lianne has been super rude to both me and my father. She said she would not accept my disputes because she's done it before but I had bank proof for all the tickets she took off."

"Had my pick parked by the valet. During the night someone ran a key from head light to tail light. The entire length of the truck. Their insurance refuses to pay for damages because I didn't notice it until I pulled into my garage at home. The car park manager never once returned my phone calls despite having spoken to his receptionist multiple times. I was basically told that I keyed my own vehicle to cheat the insurance company."
