"Overland and 5 Mile location tonight had a nice young man that was super helpful in looking up which wiper blades I needed. The problem started when we asked about a light bulb. The young man asked the older gentleman to help him look it up for us, and the older guy was his usual grumpy, offensive self. If he can't find it, he insists on knowing what it's from, and then he'll huff and puff about not having those for motorcycles, when it's a basic blinker light for cars as well. We've been in several times before and had the same experience. I think he hates motorcycles for some reason. I guess shame on us because we keep going back, but after tonight my hubby and I both agreed it's worth the 2 block drive down to O'Reilly to get what you're looking for."

"Had a battery issue. Arrived without tools to remove. Tested. Bad read. Let us borrow tools to take apart front end to remove battery... don't ask its a ford ... bench tested bad . Replaced and put back together within 45 mins with borrowing tools etc."
