"If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I bought a used Jeep recently and added in an extended warranty. A few months later the car gave me some problems and I sent it into Automotive Technical Services for diagnostics and repairs. Dealing with my warranty company was brutal for these guys but they still worked so hard to get as much covered as possible. A little over half was covered through warranty and my plan was to have a friend do some of what wasn’t covered to save me on labor costs. A few days before I got my car back Matt gave me a call to let me know they did a few parts and labor hours free of charge to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive without the risk of totaling my engine before I made time to get those fixes done. Matt communicated so well every step of the process and was so attentive to all my questions and concerns. If you are looking for reliable mechanics this is the place to go! 100% will be returning for any and all services I may need in the future."

"From san Diego i started a nationwide van life road trip, first stop was Boise. My problem was since I ⁰0 didn't check the oil in my truck. Got to Boise the engine went Bang took it into ATS wonderful first impression had the truck fixed in a matter of days. Used engine everything seemed perfect. What wasn't perfect I started down the road to begin my trip within 100 miles all the lights started coming on check engine light truck was sluggish I turned around took it back to these guys they replaced a sensor and off I went again within 100 miles same thing happening I stop into another shop they put the truck on the lift and discovered it wasn't a sensor it was a sencee a peice the sensor reads from. A peace attached to the engine was clearly damaged After 2 months 3 tow truck trips four different shops having to pull over on the road to reset the problem I'm returning to Boise in hopes that Matt and the boys at ATS will do the right thing and fix my truck June 9 2023 I am happy to report that I took my truck back to Matt at ATS he was very kind very professional my truck is now running perfectly fine"
