"Horrible ticketing and customer service. I work as a first responder and I have been ticketed first thing in the morning coming back from late shifts or night shifts before I even get the chance to pay for the daily parking. The parking lot gray 2 I paid almost 400$ for is poorly maintained and they almost never patrol or enforce parking there but meanwhile in the red and yellow parking lot they are constantly checking cars for the 5$ a day daily lots. Very disappointed and frustrated with appeals being work related and getting them rejected."

Additionally, Transportation Services Is a self sustaining unit, meaning that the parking permits cover the upkeep and maintenance of parking lots- State funding is not available for this purpose.” Good to know if anyone was curious! This is us maintaining our own parking lots."

"They're extremely rude, reject legitimate appeals regularly. Target employees who need to park near their buildings at night in order to do their jobs. Refuse to negotiate with other WSU sectors for staff and facutly parking. and they charge 5-6 times what other universities and city parking charge. And then have the audacity to play victim when people use curse words at them."

"This entity is horrible at Customer service. In fact, there is not customer service, " they are not at liberty to discuss cusromer service related issues," per the pubescent employees that walk around, are rude, not forthcoming, and very power hungry with their little portable ticket readers. I have no problem with issuing tickets, its part of the racket, but when their is not consistency, no communication, and no dialogue, that's is where the problem arises. They clearly need to work on their customer service policies but since they "arent in the customer service industry", they don't feel its a priority. Good luck with that revenue cash cow in the coming seasons."

"Only giving 1 because I can’t give negative. Been dealing with their garbage for eight years now both as a student and now as an employee, but found a new low. Was in the process of appealing a number of incorrectly issued tickets when they stuck a wheel lock on my car. Best part? They did it at 4:45, knowing full well they close at 5:00 and I was going to be forced to walk home in 35 degree weather. What kind of department doesn’t have an after hours line. Ah yes. An incompetent one. Do not buy a parking pass. They’ll still ticket you whenever they feel like because the employees are miserable and have nothing better to do."
