"I was quoted a price for $996 for an alternator. I overheard Jeff on the phone talk to his buddy saying how I can’t afford it, and his tone was extremely disrespectful. I didn’t even mention anything about price. Once I told him, my dad offered to fix it for me (he’s a state away that’s so kind of my dad). He kinda scoffed and let me know what all was needed (thanks, but I don’t trust you now) Jeff is disrespectful to women! Anyway Jeff if you’re reading this, my dad can very much afford this, but doesn’t trust you either! :) Respectable Mechanics are hard to come by around here, I should’ve gone to Karl from A+ auto, he’s amazing- just too far out there for me."

"The guys at Pullman Auto Repair are great. The had me in and out in an hour for an oxygen sensor replacement. Their waiting room worked nicely as a temperary office space while they did the repair. Price was what they quoted. I thought it was very fair for the job."

"Needed a battery replacement and asked for an oil change as well, Pullman Auto had me in 3 days after calling and had my car ready 4 days after calling! Only reason they didn't hit their goal of finishing the work in the same day as dropoff was because they wanted to ensure the issue was truly what we believed it to be. Staff was very open in communications and seemed like they would be just as friendly with car enthusiasts as they would be with car newbies. Only concern I had was that the price for my oil (12.12) was multiplied by exactly 5 (60.60), which I assume is just charging for the services rendered, but is a decent chunk more thank any oil change I've ever received. Other than that, Pullman Auto was spectacular all around!"
