"Wanted to shout out the checker I had today, Kerrie Jo. She made polite and engaging conversation while being efficient with ringing up my groceries. Best customer experience I've had there in over 2 years of living in Pullman."
"Great employees. Usually well stocked store. The only problem is that their fresh produce is usually not that fresh. Bananas get discolored within two days. Green beans are slimy and squishy straight from the store. I ate a cantaloupe, and I thew up two hours later. Might of been spoiled."
"I won't shop there any longer. Last time I was there, my cart front wheels nearly came off. A nice customer had a wrench and helped when workers wouldn't. Tried to get a product on top shelf but no help so had to leave without it. Did the self checkout with the long conveyor belt. Guy across from me had a leaky veg bag and the employee handed him a rag to clean it up himself. She stood at end of the checkout earning her pay, doing nothing. As I left, I got stopped to show receipt and be checked as everyone now is a thief. Why would I go back to such a customer friendly place? I'll shop in Moscow at WinCo or Safeway where my business is wanted."
"Wide selection of items for the area. Terrible customer experience, though. Four people on shift on loss prevention (three at the door checking receipts, one plain clothing employee following college kids around and "casually" looking into carts). At the same time not a single employee in any check-out lane to assist people actually buying groceries. Customers are now performing labor for a company making literal billions in operating profit while they guard the doors and treat you like a criminal when they could have just checked your receipt as you checked out."
