"I used to be able to get cleats here for my kids with no hassle... Just walk in, try some on, walk out, never have to talk to anyone. Now the only way to try on shoes is to pick what you want to try on at a digital kiosk, then wait 10 minutes for some teenager to fetch the shoes for you. Infuriatingly, the kiosk doesn't tell you how much the cleats cost, so you could wait around to try something on, only to find out it's overpriced, so you're going to have to go through the "pick a shoe and wait ten minutes" process all over again. The waiting and lack of price transparency are obnoxious and deceitful."

"I have bought shoes here for many years and always had a great experience. However, yesterday I went and found out they have a new system where, if you want to try on or buy a shoe, you have to find the display one, scan it, and then 10 minutes later an overworked and overtasked employee will bring out the shoebox. For someone who likes to try 3 or 4 different shoes, I just left the store after waiting for the first pair. I wasn't going to wait an hour to try on shoes. This isn't a complaint about the employees, the system is the problem. I don't know if this was to curb theft or what but this is not the solution to whatever they were trying to do fix. This is not intuitive. This does not provide a way to receive good service. I hate leaving one star reviews but they're the only ones that get attention unfortunately. I hope the manager of this store tells corporate that this idea is just straight up stupid."

"Some of the employer are kind but some have double standard on what they can hold if you give them a call to hold an item for you and pick up within a couple hours. Today two employees said over the phone that they aren’t allowed to hold items for costumers even though I saw them holding items for costumers behind their counters when I arrived to the store. Also, some employees choose who to give military discounts to those costumers with ID and some will deny it to you."

"We were at the Jordan Landing store earlier today and had the absolute best customer experience. Mark was fantastic and helped us find the bat we were looking for. We needed cleats and ended up at the American Fork store and the curly haired manger was awful. Her attitude was extremely rude. Won’t be going to back."

"Unwilling to take a return on a pair of Crocs that I purchased in the wrong size as a gift for Christmas, because they had some lint in them. Claimed that they wouldn't be able to sell it as new "because they had clearly been worn". For all I know I could have purchased them with that lint already present... What a complete joke. Made me want to throw the crocs in the trash just to shop somewhere else."
