"Cashiers don't know how to do the one other job they are supposed to do. Take of the locks off the clothes. Now I have to go back and waste my time."
"The store itself is decent. The workers when I went today don't speak any English. My daughter ended up throwing up in the middle of the store, I went to the fitting room to ask for a mop or anything explaining the situation and the fitting room lady just stared at me blankly. I see some paper towels and go to grab them and the only thing in English she says to me is, "clean it up yourself." I would have been happy too, but hand cleaning a bunch of throw up when trying to also make sure your daughter doesn't throw up more all over and make sure others don't walk in the splatter is hard enough. A simple MOP would have been faster and simpler. Some of the workers are just rude and I don't recommend going here if you want good customer service."
"WHY DO THEY HAVE TWO FITTING ROOMS? We had to wait 15 minutes to try on 4 dresses while people where trying on whole carts full of items. They’re where 7 of use waiting to use the 2 fitting rooms. Not just this location but every location has the same problem. Honestly wish I could give 0 stars :/"
"I found some cute shoes and other things. I know the world is kind of crazy right now, so the stores don't have a many items as it use to. But there were plenty of workers so they opened another register when the line started backing up. I always find random fun things at this store."
"What’s a one-stop place where you can buy an assortment of chocolates, “gourmet” Dunkin’ Donuts coffee packs, the very best in men’s fragrances, size 22 Lebron James shoes, abs-o-lutely GORGEOUS makeup, Easter candy (and Halloween candy dishes on the same day), smart phone accessories, random living room decor (like those oversized, moss-covered balls that go in the center of your coffee table), pool toys, the finest bottled water, dog collars, athletic supporters, hand bags, designer pillows, silverware, a longer-than-Disneyland check-out line with two stressed-out employees trying to put on a brave face as they scan all the stuff you just “basically stole,” oh, and luggage to store all of that stuff you just bought (because you and I know that most of us who shop here are NOT regularly engaging in air travel), then THIS PLACE is for you!"
