Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"The night shift crew is completely illiterate and couldn’t even get my simple order right after getting off of a 12 hour shift at the hospital then having to return my food and go hungry is not the way I wanted to end my night. The receipt was correct and my order was not, like it’s really not that hard to read, but it seems they need to add reading comprehension to their training."

"My first experience at Freddy's was just by ordering chocolate custard and those yummy fries with my kids... WOW!! I knew right then I wanted to try the burgers next! The next day I ate a double cheese burger with fries and now I'm hooked! Why did it take me so long to discover Freddy's??? I love the cube steak burger patties!!! "They have great hamburgers. Patty melts the french fries, shoestring crisp and taste so good I love their custard ice cream atmosphere is the 50s I love it I go there as much as I possibly can."

"Wanted to get some shakes for the family and we've never tried the shakes from Freddy's so we picked up 1 'concrete' and 2 shakes. They were delicious! I would highly recommend. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I ordered 1 concrete and 2 shakes but there's no way to differentiate between them, I suspect I got either 3 shakes or 3 concretes but I have no way of knowing so next time I'll just get shakes only"

"I'd really say it was maybe 3.75 stars. There are two sets of doors to get inside so not exactly wheel chair friendly, good handicap parking and a decent sized parking lot. Everything was very clean inside, tables and benches were wiped down, counters were clean. A+ for that. Food: I ordered the French onion steak burger that was advertised as a special. As you can see from my picture, it looks nothing like the image they show (and not because of added sauce.. sheer size). I did have lettuce and tomato added to mine but that should have made it look even bigger. The price wasn't much extra than a regular steak burger but I feel I would have gotten a better value by simply ordering a burger and adding things. The bacon they spared was shaved so thin they could have just kept it and the fried onions were pretty nonexistent as well. The grilled onions were great. Cheese sauce isn't very good, chili was good, bbq sauce is great, and they have 2 fry sauces. We were asked if we wanted a large order of fries and we went with the regular size. That's a LOT of fries. My picture is our single order of fries AFTER two people enjoyed them. Soda options are Pepsi products and tea. Service: very polite and patient counter person and great guy in the kitchen. We asked for a few mods (lettuce, tomato, no pickle, ketchup only, etc) and everything was exactly as requested and incredibly fast. I'd eat there again but I don't think I'd go out of my way to do so."
