Little Caesars Pizza 5205 Cleveland Boulevard, Caldwell, ID 83607

"The food is delicious, but I'm afraid it's no longer a great value. I understand price hikes due to economical changes. What prompted me to type this review is that the prices have not only obviously increased at this establishment, but they have now also succumbed to "shrinkflation." Their $4.99 cheesesticks are now at least 30% smaller. Nonetheless, food is still delicious. Service is slow. Not much of an atmosphere to report on. Expect to spend $10 to $30 depending on size of family and appetite. Oh and one more thing, those $4.99 pizza puff things are the size of your average cupcake."

"Most times pizza is burnt, very thin or smashed. It's like they hurry and don't care what it comes out like. Update.. they have no care for what they make and serve. Pizza so thin it's no toppings at all. You can see threw it. Or burns the top. N it's leaving us with only half a pizza that's edible."

"I came here twice now first time customer service was really bad and they were really rude they took forever making the pizza they sat on the counter which honestly is really unsanitary they had disrespectful comments said to me they made a racial joke to me that was uncalled for they told me “the only reason I was waiting so long for my food was because I was white” this is the second time I have been here and the food is awful I paid money for an extra most bestest fresh pizza not an already baked pizza they insisted on me having the hot and ready pizza but I said no I paid money for it to be fresh. This place is rude and disrespectful. I am not one to complain but this is the third time I have been here and I will not tolerate it. I used to work at a little Caesars pizza we treated all customers with the most respect we could. I will not be coming back here."

"The cheese and sauce on my pizza start several inches in from the edge. The pizza was over cooked. It wasn’t even just one pizza; I bought two hot and ready pizzas, and with both of them like this I suspect all the ones they had ready were. The employee who rung me up didn’t stick around to make sure I paid not to give me a receipt. As soon as the payment screen came up he went to the back and didn’t come back."

"The terrible customer service could have been overlooked if not for the mold growing on the marina sauce. Once I called back to inform them I was told “we make fresh every day”. No, sir, you most definitely do not."
