"I attempted to utilize the “pi day” discount that was advertised. I called in to the store and stated I wanted to use the deal. She asked me what my order was. I stated I was going to order online and asked how to use the discount online. The gal I spoke with told me either way was fine and gave me instructions and was very sweet. I hung up the phone and then called back to see if I could place it over the phone instead as I had a more complicated order. She remembered me and said she could take care of it. **I am unsure of the employee’s name, as I didn’t think I needed it because I have never had issues with this location.** When I arrive at the store Kaitlyn and Kam “helped” me and stated that the deal was online only. I said I am aware but I had to place my order over the phone because the option I needed was not available. They said we cannot honor that and they said by must be miscommunication and the discount was not going to be applied. Kam stated they could cancel my order and I could stand there and re-place my order online. In the store. I don’t know where good customer service went but it is something that clearly needs to be taught to the 18 year olds we are “trusting” to provide a service. Figure it out. Or get a job where you don’t have to deal with people."

"Ordered via phone and the lady who took my order made the order for the wrong pizza and then charged me three times the amount that I should have paid. I went in and said that the order should have been less. Had the husband call in as I am deaf, the same lady who took the order refuse to correct the order and hung up on my husband, disrespected my husband and hung up on him because she made an error. With refusal from two staffs to explain the order and why it was wrong. Contacted head quarters only to get no agents available. Was extremely disrespected bythe lady as she was in a hurry to close up the store. Ended up with the wrong order and was very discriminated with no accommodations towards a deaf wife, Which is against the law and paid a lot more than what the order should have been. No pizza or cooking instructions were left with the order."

"Customer service is not a priority or even a thought at this location. They messed up my order( not a big deal things happen) but refused to make it right. I asked to speak with a manager and apparently there is no manager on the weekends or after 4pm, just a bunch of high school kids with no clue what to do. The manager was supposed to call me today when she got to work. Guess what, no call today. I called in and asked for the manager today and apparently she had already gone home for the day."

"Great food always delicious and a go to for family night! Ordered online and requested no onions but still received onions on our pizza! Will still return and get take an bake pizza! Simple mistake but still a top place for dinner during the week! Quick easy and simple! Don't forget to preheat your oven!"

"Just have to say, the pizza the other night was EXCELLENT! Great flavor! Great amount of toppings! I had to add pics to show unbaked and baked. We love their pizza!"
