"First time visitors, already looking forward to repeating our great experience. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was so good! Prices reasonable. I had the Chinese Chicken Salad and hubby had Roasted Turkey Dinner. The chicken was so tender and still warm from the grill. Real sliced turkey in the dinner, not that salty pressed stuff. Great job Mr. V's!"

"One of the cleanest restaurants in town. Their kitchen is immaculate. Dining room is always clean. Staff is super friendly and food is delicious. If you're looking for down home comfort food, look no further. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can't go wrong. The pie is amazing!"

"A long standing restaurant in the city of Caldwell, Mr. V's has always had great food! The interior could use some updating and a clear theme, it's a hodgepodge of decor that looks as though someone was just trying to cover wall space. The wait staff "was" always smiling and friendly, had excellent attention to detail and swift to fill beverages or clear plates and share a kind word or a giggle. Most staff now are lackadaisical and apathetic however, this is not exclusive to Mr. V's, but a seemingly ubiquitous pandemic."

"Cornbeef hash is to die for! It is so good, they make the cornbeef in house. The biscuit was huge, bigggest I ever seen and oh so delicious. If you're passing through or staying the night in Caldwell it's definitely a place you need to eat at!"
