"I want to start off by saying that I don't typically write reviews, good or bad. However, after reading the semi mixed reviews, I figured I'd take a chance on this place. It was my puppy's first time in, so it was her "interview" day. Once it was determined that my pup was okay to stick around, I was told to come back in about three hours to pick her up. I thought "how great, she'll have a place to go at times when I'm at work." Once I got a few chores done around the apartment, I remembered that they offer live camera feeds. As an eager dog mom, I went to the site to make sure my girl was doing okay since it was her first visit. I very quickly became uncomfortable watching the worker who was in the play area interact with the dogs, including my puppy. I watched this worker (in play area 1), numerous times spray dogs with a water bottle while rudely pushing them away from her. Mind you, there are also no toys in the play area, just a little staircase/ramp thing the dogs can sit on. The last straw for me was when I watched this worker grab my 7 month old puppy by her collar for playing with another dog (again, what are they supposed to do when there are no toys and the 'worker' is standing cross armed in the corner), they're going to play. After this worker released my puppy's collar, she ran back over to the same dog she had been playing with the entire time I was watching the cameras, and for this, the worker continuously sprayed my puppy. Needless to say, my dog was not there for the 3 hours, nor will I ever subject my young puppy to this kind of environment again. I understand it can be frustrating working with barking dogs all day, but if you're that unhappy to the point where you're losing your temper over dogs playing at a puppy daycare, it's time to reevaluate your choices."

"The cameras are a great way to keep an eye on my pup. They were very prompt about calling me back when I left a voicemail with questions. My dog came home smelling great after his bath. Friendly and professional staff. Very happy pup=happy human!"

"We love Camp Bow Wow! The owners are lovely and I haven’t met anyone who didn’t love our dog. A couple of days a week at camp keep her from tearing apart the house and give her the much needed stimulus and exercise she needs. This is in addition to morning walks and playing fetch with our son. ;) She actually cries at the door when we try to leave for work/school to let us know she needs a day at camp. And the staff knows her so well that because she’s a puppy and never stops playing they know she might need a cat nap in the middle of the day. This sweet pic is after picking her up. She’s so tired after camp she almost naps sitting up on the way home. We love this place!"
