"Manager very rude at Target on Berry RD, Kansas City. He was working the cashier line on 02/23 and I wanted to voice my complaint of the self checkout no longer available till after 11:30am and he bit my head off. Very unprofessional."
"I was there on a Sunday early evening, l went to checkout at the self checkout lanes several registers open the registers that had cashiers had lines. so I'm in a bit of a rush, so I decided on self checkout there is a grumpy old ponytailed guy register sitting, he stops me ," self checkout 10 items or less " I said interesting he then pointed to a sign it indeed said 10 items or less. So off I go to stand on line while no one is at self checkout."

"I had to return an item to target in Liberty MO and the staff was very quick and kind. I had the receipt but I did not have the original payment card. But that was not a problem at all. Return went very smoothly. It’s nice knowing that if I do purchase something that doesn’t actually work out, Target does make returns an easy process. I will definitely continue to shop here.
