"It's a nice store, but I did not find what I went there to buy. There store is clean and mostly organized."
"It's really changed since my last trip. It is more organized and clean, however, it's not the bargain it once was."
"I showed up about 15 minutes after opening. When I got there, there were two women waiting outside because they hadn't opened the doors yet. I give a little leeway as yesterday was daylight savings. But this store was the absolute most unwelcoming store I've stepped foot in, in a while. I wasn't greeted by a single person. There were many employees taking things off pallets and U-boats but acted as if we were in their way. The employees looked straight up like they did not want to be there, and we could feel it. I felt so uncomfortable that I ended up getting whatever I had in my cart and leaving. However, at the register, the lady asked me, "how are you today?" And I responded with, "pretty good, how about yourself?" And I got ignored. And after ringing my items up, she (there was plenty for a bag) looked at me and asked me if I wanted a bag... I have my Autistic child with me whom I have to carry, yes I want a bag.. called my husband after getting in the car and told him I won't be back to this store. I used to work retail, dude, and I can't believe the managers are accepting the attitudes from their employees as if the customer base isn't paying their paychecks."
"Called today about the Gazebo I bought almost a week ago. Was told to wait to call on Monday for Ken to set up a date and time. Was told weekends do not work for him, but weekends are the only times I can pick up. I left my number for him to call me first thing today when he works and he did not contact me. I called the store and was told he was done for the day. Got transferred to another associate or manager. She was very rude when talking on the phone. I was going over about setting up a date and time to have it taken apart so I could pick it up. She cut me off while talking and pretty much demanding my name so she knows who she’s talking to but said it very rude. “First Off, what’s your name so I know who’s talking to me” After spending $600 on a big item this is just horrible service. I left my name and number so he could work with me on a date and time. I’m working around his specific schedule giving him plenty of time to take it apart."
"Great customer service. I have had the same lady the last 2 visits there and she is always upbeat pleasant to talk to and so helpful! It employees like this that make you want to return to the store. I regret I keep forgetting her name and it's not on the receipt."
