When I showed up at 4:30, the pharmacist told me it would be ready at 5:00, and not to trust them unless they tell me the time in person. So I guess they are authorized to lie to you over the phone, but not in person!"

"This pharmacy does not know how to process insurance claims. Their service is abysmal. When they err, there is no attempt to fix the error. When I asked, Well what do we do next,” the person working the drive through window laughed and said, “you can transfer your scripts to another pharmacy and see if you have better luck.” I did. And I do not regret that choice. FYI - I am a prescriber. I will encourage my patients to try another pharmacy when I hear the faintest whiff of discontent from them."
