Nordstrom Rack

"I recently visited the Nordstrom Rack store and wanted to share some feedback. While I appreciate the other locations, I found this particular store to be quite congested, making it difficult to browse comfortably. The selection of purses was limited, and I was disappointed to find that the ladies' shoe section lacked variety, especially in terms of tennis shoes and larger sizes like 11.5 or 12 for women. The men's shoe selection was also lacking. Additionally, I noticed that there was no plus-size section for women. I believe that expanding the selection in these areas would greatly enhance the shopping experience for many customers."

"This location was courteous and accommodating after the Manager at the Quivira location was extremely rude, and displayed horribly poor customer service skills. Plus, they had the right size shoe for my daughter that the other store didn't. It was smaller than the Lenexa location, but it was much more clean and organized. I will be returning, and thank you guys for making my night!!"

"I will give props to this store because besides the decent selection of reasonably priced clothes, the lady by the dressing rooms saw my teenage daughter struggling with dresses and offered to help. She told me she had teenage daughters herself and asked what my daughter was looking for, and she went and grabbed a few options for her to try. This is above and beyond what I expect a dressing room attendant to do. She showed that she cared. We ended up purchasing a couple dresses that she was very happy with. Thank you to this store's choice of hiring someone like this. We'll be back."

"This Nordstrom Rack in OP is a one stop shop to for discounted designer goods. I felt they had a really good men's, women's and kids selection of clothes and shoes. Staff is friendly, and the store is clean and organized. I was able to find what I was looking for fairly quick and happy with the prices."

"I came to the grand opening of this location. Not sure what I was expecting, but it didn’t seem like this store had as much of a selection as the Oak Park location. The store was clean and well stocked (it’s brand new!) and there were several cheerful associates on hand to help navigate lines, etc. I will probably still shop here because of the convenience of the location, but wish they had set the store up a little differently to include more selection of women’s dresses for example, and less children’s clothing. It seems like almost half of the store was kids items. So if that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in luck!"
