"After suspecting a leak within the wall of my house, I began to source small, family-owned plumbing repair specialists, as I prefer locally owned support. I attempted to fill out the contact information request on their website and was presented with an error after trying to submit the request. I tried calling the provided phone number, and Rachel answered the phone. I asked if she had time to answer a few plumbing questions, as sometimes those answering the phone do double duty as front desk attendants - to which she immediately and sternly replied "No thank you!" and hung up the phone before I could get another word in. Can't be sure if she was having a bad day or otherwise, but not a great way to engage with potential customers. EDIT - To further illustrate my point, one need not look any farther than the response from the owner - several months later, calling into question the phone call itself and my opinion of the interaction... which amounts to nothing more than a petulant "nah uh" as far as internet responses are concerned."
