"I work for another vet clinic in KS and I called multiple times to obtain records on a patient that we were seeing in our office the next day and the receptionist that I spoke to was incredibly rude and then did not send me the records. I called again the next day and the same receptionist answered and when I told her who I was and what I was calling for she told me that I'd have to wait till she had the time. I explained to her that we were seeing this patient in our office today and so I really needed the records and she told me she didnt care when we were seeing them and that she would do it when she had the time. Working in Animal Care myself I would NEVER put off sending a patients records especially after they had called and asked once before and got nothing in return. I also would NEVER be as unprofessional when dealing with the public/other hospitals."

Fortunately it did not harm his eye. Surgery was needed. Fast forward after healing and you cannot tell there was ever an injury. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Dr. Jeff and Kelly for their top notch care of Finley. It blows me away to see Finley now, compared to how bad things looked when we arrived for medical care. Makes it easy to take both our dog and cat in at the same time without hassle! I've been using this vet for years without any issues.
