"I love this store no mtter where in the country i am. I can always count on the same standard of customer service unlike most other stores."
"Usually this store is great. This last time I went in, there were tons of empty shelves. I'm guessing they were just in process of changing out things."
"I really enjoy the hobby lobby. I feel they could do a better job at customer service. For example, I walked by several employees who were busy talking amongst one another. I was only spoken to when I spoke. I never was asked if I needed help . I did have a question answered but I asked the question. I also believe labeling the Isles would be helpful. I walk around for several minutes looking for certain items, simply because of lack of customer service and unlabeled isles."
"As a yarn enthusiast, I've been watching with great envy as my favorite YouTubers and FB groups show off their clearance hauls. It's been years since I've stepped foot in Hobby Lobby, but I wanted to see for myself. Boy what a waste of time! They used to have 3 or 4 aisles of yarn, plus end caps and big freestanding displays. This store has one full yarn aisle and a couple end caps. Zero clearance yarn. How disappointing. Even their bead/jewelry making section is much smaller than I remember. I may check a couple other stores in the area, but not holding much hope. I don't like buying yarn online because it's a very tactile experience- you can't judge a fiber's feel through a computer screen."
"Always come for markers for my art. I also always make sure I travel every Isle. Great variety of inventory. Always find something to buy that I didn't come for. Like who needs a kraken toilet paper holder, no one does, but I wanted one when I saw it!!! Good job on your part Hobby Lobby."
