CVS Pharmacy

"Absolutely unprofessional. Once I finish my call with corporate and figure out the ladies name I will be updating my review. After having issues with this pharmacist for over 2 hours, insurance and doctor had to jump through hoops for something simple as filling my subscription. Then when everything was “officially” approved, we asked if the pharmacist would fill the prescription. She responds, “no I don’t feel like it.” Excuse me? Unacceptable. Oh, and not to mention, she pushed me to the end of the line multiple times because she didn’t want to “deal with me”"

"I moved to this pharmacy within the last 6 months, so glad I did. I've interacted with Matt several times and he's always been very pleasant and took the time to explain things to me. This last time I was having a prescription transferred and we ran into a glitch, he went above and beyond to solve the problem and treated me fairly in the outcome. Thank you Matt!!"

"I drive past a lot of your competitors because of your pharmacist, Matt F. He's the most helpful I've ever dealt with (which is quite a few) and always looks out for my best interests and my money. On multiple occasions, he's called me to tell me that my prescription price went way up due to my changing insurance through my employer. He's always volunteered to call my doctor to see if there is a more affordable option for me that doesn't cost as much. I've never had this happen with any other pharmacy, nor would I expect to. Give this guy a raise. He's the reason that both my wife and I shop at this location when there are literally 6 pharmacies that we drive past to get there."
