The employee informed me the only bathroom working was the employee bathroom which is incorrect because the sign says employee bathroom out-of-order use customer bathroom. He said oh yeah we lost the key to the employee bathroom so now we're using the customer bathroom and you guys aren't allowed to use it. He was extremely rude and unprofessional then turn right around and refused to do what his manager asked I can't believe you guys employed people of this nature"
