Petco Grooming

"Checking my pup in, the customer service was very rude, not at all like my previous visits. Not sure if you guys were short staffed but it shouldn't reflect on customers that are loyal to your business. Definitely not a good look. My pups grooming services were and are always excellent. I checked my pup in at 11:40, her appointment was 11:45, but after standing and waiting to be checked in the person acted if they were to busy and that I had interrupted them. Picking my pup up I called numerous times and left 2 messages because I got concerned once I didn't receive a text that my pup was ready for pickup after a couple of hours. The first call was at 3:00, left a message, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00 I left a message. I finally got a text at 5:39 that my pup was almost ready for pickup not only to get another text following at 5:40 that the store closes at 6, really not hardly enough time to get there without speeding, but I get there at 5:53 and again different person but the customer service was rude."

Look at my baby. He don't want to walk. He is barely eating and don't care to drink. I am very disappointed."
