"ServPro saves our newly remodeled home from disaster! Heavy rains and sump pump failure led to flooding of our newly remodeled downstairs. ServPro, with crew lead David B. were prompt getting to our home and stayed until midnight. Kiersten monitored everything for moisture levels the following days, and Mike and crew followed up to ensure that our home had no more moisture, making sure it was safe to remove. We were so pleased with ServPro and will definitely recommend them to anyone!!!"
"Called to make an appointment to check out mold in our house. They were scheduled to come out yesterday morning, so my wife took the day off work. No one showed up so she called mid-afternoon and the lady who answered was kind of rude and said they got really busy, but said they would come out this morning. So I rearranged my schedule, only for them to again not show up. When I called I was told the same thing, they were super busy. I don't recommend using this company because they don't show up when they are supposed to and don't even bother to call to let you know if anything changed."
