"Very fast paced, rude, and unhelpful. I am not confident at all that important documents were processed correctly and worried I may be out of a lot of money. When you ask questions about the process of something, they are demeaning while also clearly lacking knowledge about it themselves. They almost caused me to do something wrong for my passport until I read instructions given to me and realized it was incorrect. You might be better off finding a different nearby post office to help you out."

"Wish I could them a lower rating, but these people here at this location are very incompetent. Customer service? Throw that out the window. All I will say to keep it short and simple, they lack the knowledge of their jobs to be able to provide to customers. Added bonus, the simple reading skills and comprehension of the meaning “DO NOT BEND”"

"They tried to tell me the scans were not real when my package showed that it was at their post office when I was expecting it to be delivered…. They are completely liars and didn’t want to look for it in the back. Really pathetic the usps service you get in the metro area……"

"Probably the worst post office in the Metro, always nitpicking and arguing over nothing and usually in the wrong. Frequent mix-ups with deliveries. And to top it off probably some of the worst cashiers of all the local locations. An absolute shining beacon of government waste."

"I came to this location to renew my passport on March 20th at 1:45. I gave them my information and told the lady I was talking to that I would like to have my passport expedited. She told me, "oh, honey no! Save your money! You don't need to do that." So I believed her and did not expedite. But now, here I am 14 days till my trip and my passport status still says in process. I may miss my trip because of this. I am very angry and very upset. I know this does not help my situation, but I am loosing my mind over trying to figure out if I will get my passport on time, and I don't want anyone else to go through this. Please never tell anyone not to expedite again, and if she does, expedite anyway."
