"Ordered Ched R Peppers and a cherry limeade with extra lime. EVERY other Sonic I've ever been to puts REAL wedges of lime and a marachino cherry in their cherry limeades... not this one! Didn't even taste right, and the peppers were cold! This is not the first time I've had issues at this Sonic. Avoid if you can."
"No marinara with mozzarella sticks. I added extra sauce for another item and the manager, a young lady, just assumed that the signature sauce was for the mozzarella sticks. Also barely and chili and cheese on the coney. Check your bag, fully!"
"I really want to be nice because I know there are some employees here who care. Sometimes they are very nice and accommodating, but that doesnt change the fact that almost every time I order, something is wrong. Wrong ice cream the first visit, wrong toppings on sandwich and 25 min wait for online order the second time, and the third time today not only did I get the wrong sandwich, I’m pretty sure the milk in my coffee is spoiled. I know coffee is a gamble, but I can cover up bitter coffee with sugar. I have never gotten coffee that tasted like spoiled milk in my life. But, that’s on me for continuing to give this place a chance."
"Absolutely NO one should eat here until management is replaced and the employees are trained on how to handle food along with having good customer service skills. After 15 mins of waiting in the drive thru- observing them handle my food and others with 1” nail acrylics and blowing their nose/wiping their shirt, I asked got a refund. The girl made an ugly fake while saying “my manager wants the drinks back first”. This location needs to be shut down due to multiple reasons!!"
"Don’t understand why our larges aren’t full, not to mention all ice. And the large fry maybe had 8 tots?. Do better for your next customers cause you’re losing them. Who gonna pay your next check?"
