Pizza Hut

"My pizza delivery notification said that it was out for delivery at 7:04 PM and was 33 to 45 minutes away. It did not actually arrive until 8:20 PM and my pizza was cold and it was missing the Parmesan and red pepper flakes that I ordered along with the odor, I asked for the delivery to be dropped off at the door no contact and the person still running the doorbell and required me to sign for my order. I am still a bit confused as to why things were the way they were but I feel that when you pay $50 for an order on pizza That it should still come to you hot and with everything that you. I feel that Pizza Hut really dropped the ball in this"

"I honestly wouldn’t put any stars if I could I order for Super Bowl, and the driver forgot my wings I called spoke to a manager she assured I would have more wigs because he made a mistake and would return my order, he brought back wings this time they were boneless and ordered traditional, so I paid for traditional and got boneless. I called 2 time got hung up on and was directed to a kansas Pizza Hut because they wouldn’t help me.. I’ll be paying a visit to get my money back that’s the worst service I’ve ever had with any Pizza Hut in the city."

"Worst service ever- save your money and go to any of the other nearby pizza restaurants. I ordered delivery 5 min from my house. Tracking updated within 20 min that the pizza was on its way. Over an hour later, still no pizza. I called the number listed here MULTIPLE times and it was transferred to a Pizza Hut call center?! I was so confused. After 20 min on the phone with customer service, They were finally able to transfer me to this actual location. The girl who picked up the phone said “hello”- not even like hello Pizza Hut, so I thought it was the customer call center still. I finally pried it out of her that it was the the actual store at this location, and I explained my situation that it’s been over an hour since I placed order 5 min away, and over 45 min since it said out for delivery, and told her that I was very frustrated! The pizza happened to be delivered at that exact moment. She did not acknowledge my frustrations at all, definitely didn’t say any sort of apology or explanation (which is all I wanted at the time), and hung up on me. She clearly has zero customer service skills and should not be working in the customer service department. This is whoever picked up the phone on 1/28/24 at around 3pm. Oh, and the pizza was cold."

"The lady was nice that worked here. But I think she might have been in a little bit of a hurry. Because when I ended up getting home with my pizza. It was raw and I had to bake it to be able to eat it Other than that, the store was very clean. Looked like it was brand new"

"This was the worst pizza hut experience I’ve ever had and I love Pizza Hut establishments. I placed my order to then get my order 30 minutes after my quoted time. When I arrived the staff was very rude, I waited for so long for someone to acknowledge me when they literally looked at me and kept walking by. I normally do not make reviews but this experience I just had to share. FOOD 0/10, My pizza was literally falling apart and the wings were very skimpy and cold. For this to be a new Pizza Hut you would think they would’ve had proper training but they lack in every area. Please do not go here expecting a wonderful experience, don’t even waste your time! Go to a different Pizza Hut or a different pizza place!"
