Subway 6300 Missouri 150, Grandview, MO 64030

"Very disappointed. I always get the same simple sub. (Italian bread, Tuna and Sweet Onion sauce). Tonight waited 20mins in line, ordered my sub but the Sweet Onion was dark in color. The sandwich artist told me it's the Sweet Onion TERIYAKI. I told the gentleman I wanted Sweet Onion. He told me that's all he sees. I asked did they change it to the Teriyaki as the new sauce. He said he doesn't know, he doesn't eat here. Well, the sandwich was made, so I paid. Took a bite and it was disgusting. The Sweet Onion goes nice on the Tuna..but the new Teriyaki addition ruined it. I don't know when or why they'd get rid of a classic popular sauce but that's the only thing I get at Subway, if I can't get it how I've been ordering it for the last 15Years+, and now how to eat with Teriyaki, I'll pass."

"This is the worst subway in the KC area!! I live and work just down the street and I regret to say I have been there too many times. Online orders have NEVER been correct the 10 times ive been there. Wrong ingredients, missing ingredients, its super common to just get drenched in sauces, which sometimes you didnt even order! I got a sub last night where the employee clearly forgot to add the mayo while the sandwhich was open so just squirted it all over the side!! Disgusting. And the meatball sub had like 3 ingredients i definitely did not order. Also drenched in sauce when I put light sauce. And then theres the employees. Theres a few employees there that are incredibly rude. Like this one time i ordered online only to get there and find out they have no bread!( this is common sadly). I asked why I was not informed prior to driving out there only to have the employee be extremely rude. They almost always forget the cookie, and when I have to ask for it every single time they always become very rude even though I'm just asking for what I paid for. Saddest subway in the country probably"

"One of your employees tried to scam me through the doordash system last night. I thought it was weird you had that many people working on a Sunday evening and a car just sitting outside. I used to work at this location. You should take a look at your cameras from last night though."

"Don't expect much. Things they do good, Top 3 1. Not 2 A 3. Thing Things they do bad 1. Making a sandwich 2. Following the order receipt/directions 3. Somewhat accurately completing an order to customer request This is a sandwich shop, they have 1 task, make a sandwich. They can't do that here at this subway. If you order a BLT with Pepperoni and ranch, you get instead a blt with olives, onions and spinach. You are saying to yourself, no way.... but yup, see photos. Order #2 Steak and cheese, Add tomatoes, Add green peppers Add Baja Chipotle Instead of being able to read this and make it happen, nah.... why do that? Let's just not put that stuff on, Tomatoes, and Chipotle was not added. Onions replaced tomatoes So again, I ask.... What is a sandwich shop that can't make....sandwiches? Also, building is needing cleaned up on the outside, windows need cleaned, and trash around building needs picked up. I dont like leaving these types of reviews, but after enough times, it needs to happen. I'd avoid this place if I was you all. We won't be back, ever. The receipt is in the post.
