Taco Bell

"The worst Taco Bell experience ever, and my granddaughters love Taco Bell. The cheese in all of our food was cold and not melted. The drink machine selections were mostly water, and the ice tea was on the verge of rancid. The floors were sticky. Most of the tables had grease smeared across them and food crumbs. A toilet in the women's bathroom was full of diarrhea. The staff was not busy and hanging around talking to each other. My 12 year old granddaughters wanted to wait outside as I sat down to do the customer satisfaction survey on the back of my receipt. In the midst of this a male employee aggressively approached me insisting, "Your kids can't be out there running around unsupervised!" Wow!"

"Literally paid for two things and they only gave me 1 thing and it wasn't busy. Yes I should have checked so this is bad on my part as well. I guess I will have to be that person that checks the bag before I leave the drive thru."

"While dropping off my car at a repair shop, I decided to walk home and swing by this Taco Bell location since I never had breakfast, thought fantastic I could grab breakfast for the whole family and we could try it all together. But would this be the case no it would not. As I am on foot so I must use the lobby. I could see your lovely crew members eating in the lobby, oh good there open. I would be wrong. I check my time it's past 830 and both lobby doors are locked. All I get is a look through the doors. I whip out that trusty phone and tell the family to order panchos instead cause Taco Bell would fail us. So unfortunately I will never know what glorious food you would have because we are a one and done family. I am sure this would fall on deaf ears as this is the generation we are in now. Ps Ponchos was fantastic."

"Walked in. Crew barely attentive or engaging didn't as for here or to go. (Order was made to go but I wanted it here). Saw three (including the cashier) sitting down. on their phones. Wanted to sit in and eat but most tables were dirty and floors not swept. The drink station was trash just like every Taco Bell. Restaurants are really going downhill. This one is no different. Eat lunch across the street."

"Went here for a quick bite to eat and had one of the worse fast food experiences...ever. Pulled up at the drive through, there were 4 cars in front of me. Shouldn't have taken too long, 20 mins later still in line. Finally got to order. The guy working the drive thru had a serious attitude, very rude and disrespectful. I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted and I'm very well spoken at least that's what I've been told. Ordered 2 quesadilla meals with an extra taco and an order of cinnamon twist, easy enough you would think. Decided to pull forward and check my meals, glad I did. One of the tacos and the cinnamon twist were missing, went inside with bag and receipt to ask for missing items. Had to go in twice because they only put the cinnamon twist in the first round. Multiple guys walking around with their pants sagging below their butts, the person who was supposed to be working behind the counter was sitting on the counter. Pretty unprofessional. You can tell that nobody here cares about doing a good or even a decent job. This was very noticeable when I arrived home. Quesadillas looked like they were made by a 3 yr old, tacos were soggy and I now have enough sauce to last me a yr. Definitely won't be going back. A waste of time and money."
