"I went through the drive-thru here on the night of 3/7 and proceeded to have one of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant fast-food experiences I can recall. I’m bummed out about it too… because I love Wendy’s but now I feel like I can’t trust the integrity of this particular location. Like I said, I love Wendy’s, as I was just there last night (3/6). I was able to use my mobile app at the drive-thru window. However, on tonight’s occasion, the crew told me they “couldn’t do that right now”, referring to the mobile app. This incident cost me more $, and I got less for not being able to take advantage of an offer I had planned on. I was also told that it’s not possible to use an offer & a reward on the same order, which I find amusing because the internet says otherwise lol (see pic). To choose a location to eat based off of being able to use the in-app deals they advertise.. just to be told you can’t.. is extremely upsetting!"
"Ordered through the mobile app which allows you to pick up through the drive thru. This was my visit to this store and all they kept telling me was that mobile orders had to be picked up inside. I read to them that the app said to go through the drive thru and they insisted I come in. There was no where to turn around to park, only an exit to the street. I order by mobile so I don't have to get out of the car. I canceled my order and went elsewhere."
"I just had one of the best experiences in a long time with fast food! I stopped here for lunch after I left the rehab with my father. I was kind of down, bit Ms. Shontae lifted my spirits. Clean lobby, clean restroom, fast service, and quality food. Ms. Shontae needs a raise!!!"
"Only go here if you don't care about how long your burger sat under that light, you don't like hot fries, you don't wanna know what your total is until you pull up to the window, and you generally like to pay to be treated like you're bothering the employees for food they're giving you out of the kindness of their heart. Or if you're drunk. I'd actually pay extra if they let me go in there and make my own food instead."
