"The lifts are renovated warehouse space. The rooms are generous in size. The kitchen is part óf the open design living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has granite counters, undercabinet lighting is a nice tiuch. The ceilings seemed like 15 or more feet. Large picture windows overlook Washington Avenue and the traffic as heard on 2nd floor was minimal. The floors are smoothly finished concrete. Area rugs make the space more interesting. Additional lighting is needed in some areas. The halls are wide and painted in a pleasant palette, though I was not so enthusiastic about the new lime green entrance lobby. Guest enter via a telephone system that connects to the units."
