"The young lady Beatrice Parks works in the intake department. I called to get information she was chewing in my ear she was not trying to help at all and she was very rude over the phone I wouldn't recommend this location to anybody with the attitude of the person that I first talk with to get information about senior living was rude c iloud when asking what and eating in my ear. That's just awful when you're calling for senior living and a young lady Ms Beatrice chewed in my ear I had several questions she out talked me and was very loud. Which is terrible when you're the first person that you speak with regarding senior living."
