Aventura at Forest Park

"I'm so grateful for Grace and Margaret at the leasing office. As a student new to the States, their patience and friendliness have made all the difference in my transition. They listen and help with everything I need, making my stay comfortable and safe. The maintenance is excellent, and the nightly patrols give me peace of mind. "My boyfriend and I have been living at Aventura for just over a year now. We are not satisfied living here and will not be renewing our lease. Getting packages delivered here is a nightmare because there are 3 separate locations your package can be. I have had packages delivered outside of the gate on weekends before for anyone to take. Management is not helpful at all if you are unable to locate your package. You will also receive the same emails multiple times a week. The security here is a joke. My boyfriend's Kia, along with a few others, was stolen from the gated lot last summer and there were not any noticeable changes to security. The fitness center is shockingly small. With the large number of residents here, only 1-2 people can be lifting weights at a time. There are a couple of things we are satisfied with. Namely the maintenance, as they are very timely for the requests we have submitted. The apartment rooms and amenities are nice, but that is about it. The expensive cost of rent is not worth the amenities and management that are supposed to come with the price."

"Overall a good property. Management is very responsive and helpful, and the maintenance people are excellent. The property feels really secure and they pay a security officer to come around multiple times a night. I also appreciate all the communal spaces (dog park, patio, pool, gym). Given the actual size of the apartment, it feels a little pricey, but I think you pay for the additional security and amenities."

"We LOVED living at Aventura. Tanner the property manager and Jim the head of maintenance really made us feel like family. They took care of every need and personally invest in their residents. There were fun social activities periodically that really added to the community feel. Our dog Watson also loved Aventura. We were truly sad to leave and had a great experience there."

"I have been a renter for the better part of ten years, in several states and throughout St. Louis, and Aventura is by far my best experience as a renter. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds well-maintained, and the neighborhood is awesome. The leasing office and maintenance team are responsive, prompt, and wonderful to deal with. This is also the first time that a property didn't try to nickel and dime my security deposit; they are upfront and clear about deductions, and very fair. I was sad to leave!"
