"Poor management and have mices and roaches, the elevator been broken for months nobody came to fix it. When you try to address the problem to the landlord it’s the same ole excuse. This apartment changed drastically but for the worst do not move here!!!"
"don’t recommend anyone to move here they have roaches and mice maintenance don’t never do they job. My air wasn’t working for two months. My screen door was broke for the whole time i was there it took them about three months when i first moved in to come light my stove most of the time when I called the office they don’t even answer the phone and then they always lying saying maintenance is gonna come out and fix it, but they never come . listen to me don’t move in these apartments please don’t do it. It’s a waste of your time and money. ps don’t be fooled with the good reviews they give out turkeys doing the holiday for exchange for them ."
"I don’t recommend these apartments . barely have hot water . neighbors are loud 24/7 . trash all around the community. communication is non existent unless you owe rent! maintenance is trash save yourself the time . and apply somewhere else"
"Scam!!!!!! Do not rent here. Scamming tenants as of 2/2024. Beware. They will take you to court for you to prove you paid rent. Local news did a story about how they are abusing tenants and the court system."
"I left a review about a year ago when I was a new tenant but now I know the truth. The maintenance never come out, I was without a bathroom sink for nearly two months because he “forgot”. The sink had water everywhere to where the tile started puckering, which still remains til this day. The cost of the rent increases after your first year (over 900 for 1 bedroom) and they wait until 2 weeks before the lease is up to inform you, forcing you to either resign or move in 2 weeks. No credits are given for damage to property or for the sheer inconvenience. Corporate does not respond. On multiple occasions they have failed to pay Ameren and the power has been out in the hallways..so no lights, no washer/dryer, no security cameras. Some buildings have been without heat for months although the furnace/boiler is running therefore charging the tenant on their electricity bill. The trash is always running over. Don’t rent here. I wish I could add the videos with dates of how long things go unfixed around here."
